At Goose, we offer full architectural services, but a building is only worth as much as the life lived inside it. Our job is to make that life better, and to make the process of getting there clear and confident from the first idea.
We work with residential and commercial clients across London, Norfolk and Suffolk, to a range of budgets, and we design in 3D CGI so you can see and walk through your project before it's built, not just read it on a plan.
Architecture
The full service. Because our founder came up through carpentry before architecture, we coordinate with contractors from the earliest stages and design with the build in mind so what's drawn initially can actually be made, and made well.
Joinery
Joinery is now central to how a home is finished, and we take it from design and manufacture through to installation in our own North London workshop: kitchens, fitted and freestanding furniture, one-off pieces. Because we do both disciplines, the joinery is planned into the architecture from the start, not fitted around it at the end.
We keep things transparent from the start. The first consultation is free: a chance for us to understand your project, your ambitions and your budget, and to gather what we need to prepare a clear fee proposal covering every stage, from first idea to completion.
Our fees are scoped to the size and complexity of the work, and set out in full before we begin. We plan carefully for the workload involved, but if something unforeseen changes the scope, we agree any extra cost or time with you before we carry it out. No surprises, and nothing done without your say-so.
We don't charge a percentage of construction value. That model rewards a bigger, more expensive build, which isn't always the right one for you so we avoid the conflict of interest entirely. A clear, fixed scope keeps our interests and yours pointing the same way.
Having one team guide the project from first drawing to final fix takes the pressure off you and protects the quality of what gets built. We know where the costs and the pitfalls hide, and we design around them so your budget goes into the house, not into fixing avoidable problems.
At Goose, we don't hand your project from one pair of hands to another. The people who draw your space are the people who make what fills it so the idea on the page and the thing that gets built are one and the same.
