68 Grosvenor Park Road, Walthamstow, the remodelling and extension of a Victorian villa within the Orford Road Conservation Area, returning a house that had been split into flats to a single family home. An earlier scheme for the property had been refused on grounds of bulk, massing and its handling of the host building. Goose was brought in to rethink the design, and the revised proposal with facade improvements and internal reconfiguration, drawn to sit subserviently to the original villa has secured planning consent.
